Devin Robinson, Sr., MBA, ABD is a business systems engineer, entrepreneur, educator, and founder of The INfallible Business Group, a firm focused on designing the systems organizations need to perform, grow, automate, and withstand disruption.

His career began in technology and telecommunications, where he developed an engineering mindset around infrastructure, connectivity, continuity, and system performance. He later carried that thinking into entrepreneurship, building businesses whose growth depended heavily on technology, process design, automation, customer acquisition systems, operational structure, and organizational development.

Over more than two decades, Robinson has built multiple companies, developed proprietary business systems, and assisted in the launch and growth of hundreds of storefront businesses across the United States. His work has included business development, executive education, operational design, technology integration, customer acquisition, workforce systems, automation, and organizational infrastructure.

He is also a former business & economics professor, newspaper columnist, military instructor, and U.S. Army airborne veteran. His background in education and operations has allowed him to translate complex business and technology concepts into practical systems that owners, executives, and organizations can implement.

One of the most important chapters of Robinson’s career came through the disruption of a company he had spent years building. Rather than separating that experience from the rest of his professional history, he studied it as an engineer would study a major system outage: identifying dependencies, vulnerabilities, human-process failures, missing contingencies, and areas where growth had outpaced protection.

That experience significantly expanded his work.

Today, Robinson approaches businesses as interconnected systems. He examines how organizational structure, operations, people, technology, leadership, customer acquisition, and continuity work together, and what happens when one or more of those areas become vulnerable.

Through The INfallible Business Group, Robinson develops both proprietary and custom business systems. Organizations may deploy an existing solution to address a known deficiency or engage the firm to analyze their operations and engineer a system around their specific challenges.

His philosophy is straightforward:

A business must first be survivable, then sustainable, before it is truly scalable.

Robinson’s training and speaking work focuses on business survivability, systems engineering, organizational capability, operational resilience, entrepreneurship, automation, leadership, and the infrastructure required to build companies capable of doing more without becoming increasingly vulnerable as they grow.
