I scaled and failed. Growing without systems proved deadly.

I grew one business from zero revenue into an intermingled conglomerate of 15 businesses. It was brilliant. It generated multi millions almost to 8 figures annually. It employed over 40 people full-time. However, the absence of critical protocols turned an illness into an enterprisal disaster. 

That experience fundamentally changed the way I understand business growth. Growth doesn't correct operational weaknesses. It puts more pressure on them.

The INfallible Business Group was built around that lesson: before an organization pursues more growth, it must develop the capability to handle it. Then, grow systematically while preventing scalure.

This is why I am a proponent of systems over sweet talk. Clients make promises. Employees make promises. But systems protects the business when promises fail.
