Today, Jerry is the Owner of Therapy Works VI, a multi-location practice serving patients across the U.S. Virgin Islands. His focus has always been on delivering consistent, high-quality care while adapting to the evolving needs of the communities he serves.

Over the past two decades, Jerry has worked closely with our team through various stages of growth, gaining insight into the operational side of running a healthcare business. Like many practice owners, he has experienced the ongoing challenge of balancing patient care with the demands of managing scheduling, communication, and overall business performance.

Through that long-term relationship, Jerry has continued to refine how his practice operates seeking ways to improve efficiency, strengthen patient experience, and position the business for sustained growth across multiple locations.
